Built in 1987, the modern low rise Mar Blau complex has a total of 20 self catering apartments and studio flats that are built over two floors. All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds as well as a direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, satellite television and either terrace or balcony, most of which have sea views. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guests staying at the Mar Blau Apartments will be required to use the reception services of the nearby Mirada Apartments, some 50 metres away. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests at the Mar Blau complex include an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's section, and sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols.
