Built in 1989 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2005, the modern Sol Lunamar complex has a total of 138 guest rooms, including 134 double rooms and a further 4 Suites, which are built over 7 floors and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted bathroom with shower, along with a kitchenette with fridge, a combined lounge/dining room with a safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, laundry and medical services, public internet terminals, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant, a games room and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's section, and spacious sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include both pool and table tennis tables.
