Built in 1984 and fully refurbished during the winter of 1997, the modern low rise Los Tamarindos complex has a total of 44 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one bedroom self catering apartments and studio flats, which are built over 6 floors, around a central pool area.

All guest rooms are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, bathrobes and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, cooker, toaster, microwave oven, coffee pot and dishes, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, direct dial telephone and either terrace or balcony, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a games room and a pool side restaurant offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include an outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
