Part of the Econotel group of hotels, the 1 key Kensington Apartments are situated on the Torrenova headland, around 50 metres
from both the Son Matias and Magaluf beaches, in the lively resort of Palma Nova on the south west coast of Majorca. The
apartments are approximately 20km west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and around 250
metres from the centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife. Built in 1965, the Kensington Apartments is a small development of 15 one bedroom self catering apartments that are built over 4 floors. All apartments come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven and tea pot, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views over the resort. In addition to the above features a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels every 3 days, and change of bed linen once a week. Due to their central location in Palma Nova, from mid June to mid September each year the Kensington Apartments attracts large numbers of young singles and groups of friends looking for a lively holiday, and therefore at this time may not be suitable for families, or those travelling with small children.
