Built in 1989 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2001, the modern low rise Jazmin complex is a small development of 21 one bedroom self catering apartments that are built over 3 floors. All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette and a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest staying at the Jazmin Apartments are welcome to use the facilities at the nearby Aparthotel Turó Pins, which includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk and luggage rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available at the Aparthotel Turó Pins includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with integrated children's section and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club along with a smaller indoor heated swimming pool, open during the cooler winter months, with Jacuzzi, gymnasium and sauna.

The Aparthotel Turó Pins also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring boules, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
