Built in 1989 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2001, the modern low rise Jazmin complex is a small development of 21 one and two bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 3 floors.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower and cosmetic mirror, along with an open plan kitchenette with vitro ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine and toaster, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, flat screen satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guests staying at the Jazmin Apartments are welcome to use the facilities at the nearby Aparthotel Turo Pins, which includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk and luggage rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests at the Aparthotel Turo Pins includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a children's playground and mini club and both pool and table tennis tables.

Guests staying at the Jazmin Apartments also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the nearby Aparthotel Turo Pins Health and Fitness Centre, which features a smaller indoor heated swimming pool, open during the cooler winter months, with Jacuzzi, cardiovascular gymnasium and sauna.

The Aparthotel Turo Pins also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring boules, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
