Built in 1995 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2001, the modern low rise Hotel Voranova has a total of 305 studio type apartments that are built over 3 floors and set amidst 30,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either centrally heated or air conditioned according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with a combined lounge/dining area with kitchenette containing a fridge and hob, safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone, satellite television and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have pool and garden views. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, a games room, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant with show cooking and both lounge and pool bars. The hotel installations and the ground floor have been specially designed for disabled and/or senior guests and in order to facilitate wheelchair user’s mobility, the complex has been fitted with several ramps.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's section and spacious sun terraces that are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground as well as a well equipped gymnasium and smaller indoor heated swimming pool with hydro-massage and conveyor-crane for disabled guests.

The Hotel Voranova also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with live music, cabaret and other professional shows several times each week. In addition to the programme of evening entertainment, during the day guests also have the opportunity to undertake eight optional guided excursions around the island onboard specially adapted buses.
