Built in 1971 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 1999/2000, the modern low rise Hotel Vista Park has a total of 193 guest rooms, including 161 standard rooms, 12 singles and a further 20 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are distributed between a five storey main building and an adjacent three storey annexe, all of which are then set amidst almost 1,000m2 of well kept Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces, overlooking a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, apartments at the Hotel Vista Park, also have an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, along with a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, and all guest rooms are provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian dishes, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services, public internet terminals with high speed WiFi access available in selected areas, and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Hotel Vista Park also offers the use of a large air conditioned conference and meeting room, with the capacity to seat a maximum of 100 people, which is fully equipped with a selection of the latest state of the art audiovisual equipment.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a hard surface tennis court, as well as both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Vista Park also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
