Built in 1969 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 1995, the modern Hotel Vista Nova has a total of 181 guest rooms, including 155 twin rooms and a further 26 singles, which are built over 9 floors and set amidst spacious sun terraces around a central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool area. In addition to the above, all guest rooms at the hotel are also provided with a maid service undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, public internet terminals, a games room, laundry and medical services, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's section and spacious sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's mini club as well as both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Vista Nova also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring petanque, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
