Built in 1970 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2001, the Hotel Temi has a total of 80 guest rooms, including 75 double rooms and 5 singles, that are built over 5 floors.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, mini bar and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have either sea or pool views. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk, luggage and courtesy rooms with showers for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant, games room, public internet terminals and both lounge and pool bars. For business guests, the Hotel Temi also offers a conference and meeting room which is equipped with a selection of modern audiovisual equipment.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's section and sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a private roof terrace suitable for naturist sunbathing, as well as a children's playground, small sauna and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Temi also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities featuring pistol shooting, archery, pool games and aerobics as well as evening entertainment with a children’s disco followed by either live music, cabaret and other professional shows several times each week.
