Built in 1973 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 1989, the Hotel Sur has a total of 72 guest rooms, including 65 twin rooms and 7 singles that are built over 4 floors.

All guest rooms at the hotel come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have pool views. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange desk, luggage and courtesy rooms with showers for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant, a games room, public internet terminals and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's section and sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a tennis court and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Sur also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with a children’s disco followed by either live music, cabaret and other professional shows several times each week.
