Fully renovated during the winter of 2005 to include the installation of a modern detection-fire system, the Hotel Summa Llorca has a total of 112 guest rooms which are built over 10 floors overlooking a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services and luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian dishes, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a well equipped fitness centre with Jacuzzi, and both pool and table tennis tables.

In recognition of the Summa Group high standards of customer care and management systems, the Hotel Summa Llorca has been awarded the internationally renowned certification of ISO 9001:2000 Certificate for Quality.
