Extensively refurbished during the winter of 1999, the modern Hotel Suliar Palace has a total of 109 guest rooms, including 3 single rooms, 101 doubles and a further 5 Suites, which are built over 5 floors.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international dishes and vegetarian menus, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, laundry and medical services, a games room and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's paddling area, and sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a smaller indoor heated swimming pool, open during the cooler winter months, with sauna, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath and fitness room. The Hotel Suliar Palace also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with live music once a week, and a Flamenco Show every two weeks.
