Built in 1975 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2002, the modern low rise Hotel Sarah has a total of 113 guest rooms, including 110 twin rooms and a further 3 singles, which are built over 4 floors and set amidst spacious sun terraces and Mediterranean style gardens around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, fridge or mini-bar, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, a daily maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian dishes, as well as a games room, snack bar, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor fresh water swimming pool, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. The Hotel Sarah also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with either live music, cabaret or other professional shows three times a week.
