The hotel is approximately 65km north east of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and 50 metres from the pedestrianised promenade and commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1965 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2015, the modern Hotel La Santa Maria has a total of 131 guest rooms, offering a choice of both twin and single rooms, which are built over 7 floors, and set amidst almost 500m2 of sun terraces and Mediterranean style gardens, around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea.

In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a games room, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with a separate children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground, and both pool and table tennis tables.

Guests staying at the Hotel La Santa Maria also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the hotels' own Spa and Wellness centre, which features a sauna, Jacuzzi and a further indoor heated pool, as well as offering a variety of other cosmetic and beauty treatments.

The Hotel La Santa Maria also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
