Built in 1970 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2002, the modern Hotel Samoa has a total of 331 guest rooms, including 298 double rooms and a further 33 singles, which are built over 8 floors and set amidst almost 2,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with public internet terminals, a games room, laundry and medical services, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with a separate children’s splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a children's playground and mini club, along with a mini-golf course, a floodlit hard surface tennis court, and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Samoa also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring aerobics, archery and various water sports, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
