Built in 1960 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2000, the Hotel Saga has a total of 229 guest rooms including, 21 single rooms and a further 208 doubles which are built over 10 floors. All guest rooms at the hotel are centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange services and luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian dishes, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services, and lounge bar with satellite television.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a rooftop swimming pool with sun terrace overlooking the resort which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
