The Hotel Sol Wave House Mallorca has a total of 182 guest rooms, offering a choice of both 65 m² Suites and 49 m² Junior Suites, all of which are built over 5 floors overlooking the Wave House entertainment and pool area towards the magnificent Bay of Palma.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with microwave oven, toaster and kettle, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone, high speed WiFi internet access, a flat screen satellite television, and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, all guest rooms at the Hotel Sol Wave House Mallorca are provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, with high speed WiFi access available in selected areas, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

Other leisure facilities include 2 revolutionary Wave Loch ® wave machines: the FlowBarrel ® and the double FlowRider®. The first holds 450,000 litres of water and a flow of 48 km/h, ideal for experienced surfers looking for challenging waves up to 3 metres high, and the double FlowRider ® which creates a wave which doesn’t break, perfect for beginners with a flow of 32 km/h. There is an entrance fee for use of the facilities.
