The 3 star rated Hotel Riutort is situated around 200 metres from the Playa de Palma beach in the popular resort of S'Arenal on the central south coast of Majorca.

The hotel is approximately 15km east of the capital Palma, 8km east of the Son Sant Joan International airport, and a few steps from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1962 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2002, the Hotel Riutort has a total of 195 guest rooms, including 20 single rooms and a further 175 doubles, which are built over 6 floors overlooking a central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, mini bar, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool area.

In addition to the above features, a daily maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services and luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian dishes, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests the Hotel Riutort also offers the use of two large air conditioned conference and meeting rooms, seating 25 and 35 people respectively, both of which are equipped with a selection of modern audio visual aids.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a gymnasium, sauna, Jacuzzi and hydro massage pool, as well as both pool and table tennis tables.

Of special interest to cyclists, the Hotel Riutort also has a specially adapted area for storing, maintaining and repairing bicycles, which is equipped with security fittings, as well as a selection of basic cleaning and repair tools.
