Built in 1970 and fully renovated during the winter of 2005/6, the modern low rise Hotel Riu Concordia has a total of 220 guest rooms, including 30 single rooms and a further 190 doubles, which are built over 5 floors and set amidst 1,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, ceiling fan, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar with show cooking, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests the Hotel Riu Concordia also offers the use of a large air conditioned conference and meeting room, which is equipped with a selection of modern audio visual aids including a television and video.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large 200m2 outdoor freshwater swimming pool with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a smaller 40m2 indoor heated pool, open during the cooler winter months, and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Riu Concordia also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
