The 4 star rated Hotel Fona Mallorca has an enviable sea front location, in the quiet resort of S'Illot on the central east coast of Majorca.

The hotel is approximately 65km north east of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1965 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2015, the modern low rise Hotel Fona Mallorca has a total of 98 guest rooms, including 74 standard double rooms and a further 24 superior doubles, all of which are built over 4 floors, and set amidst almost 500m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces, around a large central pool area overlooking the sea.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a satellite television, direct dial telephone, high speed WiFi internet access, a safety deposit box available for rental, mini bar and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea.

In addition to the above features, Superior Rooms at the hotel also feature a lounge area with additional sofa beds, and all rooms are provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a games room, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, public internet terminals with high speed WiFi access available in selected areas, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

Guests staying at the Hotel Fona Mallorca also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the hotels' own Spa and Wellness Centre, which features a smaller indoor heated swimming pool with sauna, Jacuzzi and cardiovascular gymnasium, as well as offering a variety of other massage treatments.

The Hotel Fona Mallorca also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment, with either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
