Part of the C M Group of hotels, the 4 star Hotel Playa del Moro has an enviable position overlooking the seafront promenade and wide sandy beach, in the popular resort of Cala Millor on the central east coast of Majorca. The hotel is approximately 65km north east of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and a few steps from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1963 and extensively refurbished during February 2002, the modern Hotel Playa del Moro has a total of 160 guest rooms, including 136 standard twin rooms, 16 Junior Suites and a further 8 single rooms, which are built over 9 floors and set amidst almost 7,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area overlooking the sea.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a satellite television with music channels, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, fridge and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea.

In addition to the above features, Junior Suites at the Hotel Playa del Moro also have a spacious lounge area, and all guest rooms are provided with a maid service undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a games room, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar with show cooking, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

Guests staying at the Hotel Playa del Moro also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the hotels' own Spa and Wellness Centre, which features a smaller indoor heated swimming pool with sauna, Turkish bath, cardiovascular gymnasium and Jacuzzi, as well as offering a variety of other cosmetic and beauty treatments.

The Hotel Playa del Moro also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
