Built in 1984 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2001, the modern low rise Aparthotel Picafort Beach has a total of 97 guest rooms, including 61 one bedroomed self catering apartments and a further 36 studio flats, which are built over 3 floors and set amidst 100m2 of sun terraces overlooking the Bay of Alcudia.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower and cosmetic mirror, along with an open plan kitchenette with fridge and a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, satellite television with music channels, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool towards the sea. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant with show cooking, offering guests a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian dishes, as well as a games room, snack bar, laundry and medical services, public internet terminals and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces overlooking the sea which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

The Aparthotel Picafort Beach also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.

In recognition of the Grupotel group commitment towards caring for the environment, in 2006 the Aparthotel Picafort Beach was awarded the internationally renowned certification of ISO 14001:2004 certification awarded for the achievement of the highest standards in environmental management procedures.
