Built in 1969, the modern Hotel Perla de S'Illot has a total of 180 guest rooms including 172 twin rooms and a further 8 singles, which are built over 6 floors. All guest rooms at the hotel are centrally heated during the cooler winter months, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with a safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have sea views. In addition to the above, a number of guest rooms have recently been upgraded to include a satellite television, ceiling fan, a small refrigerator, as well as a bathroom with hairdryer, and all rooms are also provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with a games room, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and lounge bars with satellite television.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large indoor freshwater swimming pool, heated during the cooler winter months, with a roof top sun terrace which is furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a fully equipped bicycle garage with mountain bike rental service, as well as a tennis court.

The Hotel Perla de S'Illot also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
