Part of the Palmira Group of hotels, the 4 star Hotel Palmira Cormoran is situated around 200 metres
from the Playa Palmira beach, in the popular resort of Paguera on the south west coast of Majorca.
The hotel is approximately 35km west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport,
and around 400 metres from the centre of the resort, where you will find a good selection of bars,
restaurants and shops. The modern Hotel Palmira Cormoran has a total of 150 guest rooms, which are built over 6 floors and set amidst almost 4,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces, around a large central pool area. All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with cosmetic mirror and shower, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea. In addition to the above features, a daily maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen twice a week. Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars. For business guests, the Hotel Palmira Cormoran also offers the use of 2 large air conditioned conference and meeting rooms, both of which are equipped with a selection of modern audio visual aids. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Guests staying at the Hotel Palmira Cormoran also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the hotels' own Health and Fitness Centre, which features a smaller indoor heated swimming pool with sauna and cardiovascular gymnasium. The Hotel Palmira Cormoran also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
