Built in 1971 and extensively renovated during the winter 1998, the Hotel Orleans has a total of 244 guest rooms, including 224 twin rooms and a further 20 singles, which are distributed between two 6-storey buildings and set amidst 1,000mē of sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian dishes, as well as a games room, snack bar, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool, with separate children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a hard surface tennis court and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Orleans also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
