The 3 star Hotel Nautic is situated around 20 metres from the small sheltered Cala Estancia beach, in the popular resort of C'an Pastilla on the central southern coast of Majorca. The hotel is approximately 10km east of the capital Palma, 2km south of the Son Sant Joan International airport, and 200 metres from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1956 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2007, the modern Hotel Nautic has a total of 139 guest rooms, offering a choice of both standard single and twin rooms and Junior Suites, which are built over 5 floors.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the magnificent Bay of Palma. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian dishes, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services, public internet terminals with high speed WiFi access available in selected areas, and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Hotel Nautic also offers the use of a large air conditioned conference and meeting room, with the capacity to seat a maximum of 20 people, which is equipped with a selection of modern audio visual aids.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a small roof top swimming pool for adults, with sun terraces overlooking the sea which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

Guests staying at the Hotel Nautic also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the hotels own Spa and Wellness Centre the "salus per aquam", which features a Turkish bath, sauna, Jacuzzi and heated swimming pool, as well as offering a variety of water treatments including thermal waters, waterbeds, showers of essences and thermal beds.
