Built in 1969 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2000, the modern Hotel Monte Verde has a total of 120 guest rooms, including 110 twin rooms and a further 10 singles, which are built over 7 floors around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange services, along with a games room, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, an air conditioned restaurant and snack bar, laundry and medical services and lounge bar with television.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club, a tennis court and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Monte Verde also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring boules, water polo and aqua aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
