Built in 1974 and extensively renovated during the winter of 1995, the modern Hotel Mimosa Park has a total of 287 guest rooms, including 230 twin rooms and a further 57 singles, which are built over 9 floors and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area and many rooms above the fifth floor also enjoy a sea view. In addition to the above, 2 rooms have been specially adapted for the needs of disabled guests and all rooms at the hotel are also provided with a maid service undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, public internet terminals, a games room, laundry and medical services, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant with show cooking and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children’s section and spacious sun terraces and gardens furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Mimosa Park also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring petanque, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
