Built over 3 floors, the Aparthotel Martinez has a total of 13 one bedroom self catering apartments, all of which have a private bathroom with shower and WC, along with a kitchenette with fridge, toaster, kettle and cutlery for 4 people, as well as a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, ceiling fan, wardrobe and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with safety deposit boxes available for rental, both of which are available at the nearby Hotel Gabarda, a luggage room for late departures, laundry and medical services, a games room, public internet terminals, a snack bar and lounge bar with satellite television.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols.

Due to its central location in Palma Nova, from mid June to mid September each year the Aparthotel Martinez attracts large numbers of young singles and groups of friends looking for a lively holiday, and therefore at this time may not be suitable for families, or those travelling with small children.
