Built in 1967, the modern Hotel Marques has a total of 196 guest rooms, including 144 twin rooms and a further 52 singles, which are built over 5 floors and set amidst spacious sun terraces around a large central pool area overlooking the sea.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, refrigerator, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the sea. In addition to the above a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, snack bars, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars. For business guests, the Hotel Marques also offers the use of a large conference and meeting room, which is fully equipped with the latest state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a tennis court located approximately 150 metres from the hotel in the Villa Marquesa area of the resort.

The Hotel Marques also provides a seasonal programme of daytime activities, including guided walking excursions from the hotel, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
