Built in 1991 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2005, the modern low rise Hotel Mariant Park has a total of 321 guest rooms, which are built over 3 floors, and set amidst almost 20,000m2 of landscaped Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with a games room, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars. For business guests, the Hotel Mariant Park also offers an air conditioned conference and meeting room which is equipped with a selection of modern audiovisual equipment.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club, as well as a Spa and Thalasso centre, offering guests a smaller indoor heated swimming pool with sauna, Jacuzzi, Turkish baths and gymnasium, along with a variety of cosmetic and beauty treatments.

The Hotel Mariant Park also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring boules, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
