Part of the H S M Group of hotels, the 3 star Hotel Linda Playa is situated around 150 metres from the Playa Palmira beach, in the popular resort of Paguera on the south west coast of Majorca. The hotel is approximately 35km west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and a few steps from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1969 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2008/2009, the modern Hotel Linda Playa has a total of 162 guest rooms, including 151 standard twin rooms and a further 11 singles, which are distributed between 2 six storey buildings and set amidst almost 1,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with cosmetic mirror and shower, along with a satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals with high speed WiFi access available in selected areas, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Hotel Linda Playa also offers the use of a large air conditioned conference and meeting room, with the capacity to seat up to a maximum of 20 people, which is fully equipped with a selection of modern audiovisual equipment.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a smaller indoor heated swimming pool with sauna, open during the cooler winter months, along with a mini golf course, and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Linda Playa also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
