Built in 1960 and completely renovated during the winter of 2005, the modern low rise Hotel Las Arenas has a total of 158 guest rooms, including 123 twin rooms and a further 35 Suites, which are built over 5 floors and set amidst spacious sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, mini bar and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the magnificent Bay of Palma. In addition to the above features, a number of rooms have been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms at the hotel are also provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian dishes, as well as a games room, snack bar, laundry and medical services, public internet terminals and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool, with integrated children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

The Hotel Las Arenas also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring boules, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.

In recognition of the Pinero Group high standards of customer care and management systems, the Hotel Las Arenas has been awarded the internationally renowned certification of ISO 9001:2000 Certificate for Quality.
