Built in 1998, the modern low rise Hotel L'illot Park has a total of 92 guest rooms, including 82 fully equipped Junior Suites, each measuring 30m2 with a 7m2 terrace, and a further 10 twin rooms, all of which are built over 3 floors and set amidst 4,000m2 of well kept Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, a mini bar and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, Junior Suites at the Hotel L'illot Park also have an open plan kitchenette, and a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds. All guest rooms at the hotel are also provided with a maid service undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk and luggage rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests the Hotel L'illot Park also offers the use of a large 100m2 conference and meeting room, which is fully equipped with a selection of modern audio visual aids and a high speed ADSL Internet connection.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's mini club, along with 4 sand surface tennis courts, mini golf, and both pool and table tennis tables.

In addition to the above leisure facilities, the Hotel L'illot Park also has an indoor swimming pool, which is heated to a temperature of 33 degrees C, along with a hydrotherapy circuit, bubble-operated levitation bench, Jacuzzi, counter current system, sauna, Turkish bath, solarium and gymnasium.

The Hotel L'illot Park also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring archery, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
