Built in 1984 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2001, the modern Aparthotel Jardin del Playa has a total of 175 guest rooms, that are distributed between a 5 storey main building and annexe block and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and terraces.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, kitchenette with three gas rings and a fridge, along with a safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone, satellite television, and either a balcony or terraces, many of which have sea views. The standard one bedroom apartments on the complex sleep up to a maximum of four people and have a separate twin bedroom and living area with sofa beds. In addition to the above, there is also a maid service with towel change, three times per week and linen is changed weekly.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange services along with an air conditioned restaurant, public internet terminals, luggage and courtesy rooms with showers for late departures, laundry and medical services, a games room and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include a choice of both outdoor freshwater swimming pools, with sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols, along with a smaller indoor heated swimming pool and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Aparthotel Jardin del Playa also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring petanque, archery and aerobics as well as evening entertainment with live music, cabaret and other professional shows several times each week.
