Built in 1979 and extensively renovated during the winter of 1999/2000, the modern Aparthotel Jardin del Mar has a total of 188 self catering apartments and studio flats, that are distributed between 2 seven storey buildings and set amidst 2,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, along with a kitchenette with two burner electric hob and fridge, lounge with sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone, satellite television and either a balcony or terraces, most of which have sea views. In addition to the above there is also a maid service five times a week, undertaking a towel change three times a week and a linen change once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange services along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant, luggage and courtesy rooms with showers for late departures, laundry and medical services, a games room and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's section and spacious sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground, gymnasium and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Aparthotel Jardin del Mar also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring petanque, archery and aerobics as well as evening entertainment with live music, cabaret and other professional shows several times each week.
