Built in 1982, the modern Hotel Ciudad Blanca has a total of 303 guest rooms, offering a selection of both one bedroom self catering apartments and studio flats, which are distributed between several two, six and eight storey buildings, and set amidst 14,441m2 of landscaped Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area overlooking the magnificent Bay of Alcudia.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either terrace or balcony, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include 24 hour reception areas with currency exchange services and both luggage and courtesy rooms with toilets and showers for late departures, along with a games room, public internet terminals with WiFi access in selected area of the hotel, laundry and medical services, a buffet style restaurant offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with a further smaller children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with sun loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club for children from the age of four to eight, maxi club for ages nine to 12 and teenager club for ages 13 to 17, as well as both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Iberostar Ciudad Blanca also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring pistol shooting, pool games and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
