Built in 1964 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2000, the modern Hotel Hawaii Mallorca has a total of 228 guest rooms, including 195 twin rooms, 23 singles and a further 10 Suites, which are built over 7 floors and set amidst spacious sun terraces and Mediterranean style gardens overlooking the seafront promenade and magnificent Bay of Palma.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have panoramic sea views. The Suites at the hotel are furnished slightly different in that they have flat screen televisions Play Station/DVD, tea and coffee making facilities, mini bar, bathrobes and slippers, hair dryers and vanity mirrors. Guests staying in these rooms also receive a basket of fruit on arrival. In addition to the above, all guest rooms at the hotel are also provided with a maid service undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, public internet terminals, a games room, laundry and medical services, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant with show cooking and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children’s section and spacious sun terraces and gardens furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Hawaii Mallorca also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring petanque, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
