The modern 8 storey Hotel Haiti has a total of 241 guest rooms, all of which are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a terrace of balcony, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant, offering guests a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian dishes, as well as a games room, snack bar, laundry and medical services and both pool and lounge bar with satellite television.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Haiti also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
