Built in 1964 and extensively renovated during the winter of 1998, the low rise Hotel Gala has a total of 126 guest rooms, including 110 twin rooms and a further 16 singles, which are built over 4 floors. All guest rooms at the hotel come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views, and on request, and subject to local availability, the hotel also has a number of rooms that are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a satellite television and safety deposit box available for rental. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned restaurant offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian dishes, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services, public internet terminals and a lounge bar.

Guests staying at the Hotel Gala are also welcome to use the sporting and leisure facilities at the adjacent Hotel Miraflores, which includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
