Built in 1980 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2000, the traditional Hotel Felip has a total of 96 guest rooms, including 88 double rooms and a further 8 singles, which are distributed between 2 adjacent four storey buildings.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, mini bar, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the marina and sea front promenade. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange services, along with a games room, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, an a la carte restaurant and snack bar, laundry and medical services, public internet terminals and lounge bar.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a small freshwater swimming pool, which can be heated and covered during the cooler winter, and sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
