Built in 1970 and fully refurbished during the winter of 2000, the Hotel Encant has a total of 130 guest rooms, including 114 twin rooms and a further 16 singles, which are built over 9 floors around a small central pool area overlooking the magnificent Bay of Palma.

All guest rooms at the hotel are centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool area towards the sea. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian dishes, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services, and both lounge bar with satellite television.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a small outdoor freshwater swimming pool, with integrated children's splash pool, and sun terraces overlooking the sea front promenade which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

The Hotel Encant also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
