Built 1974 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2003, the modern Hotel El Cel has a total of 24 twin guest rooms that are built over 5 floors. All guest rooms at the hotel are equipped with a private bathroom with shower, a safety deposit box available for rental and a balcony with exterior views over the street. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with luggage rooms for late departures, along with a buffet style restaurant, games room, snack bar and lounge bar with satellite television.
