Built in 1969 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2002/3, the low rise Hotel Costa Verde has a total of 125 guest rooms, including 105 twin rooms and a further 20 singles, which are built over 5 floors and set amidst 1,200m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, ceiling fan, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian dishes, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large 120m2 outdoor freshwater swimming pool, with separate children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club, and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Costa Verde also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring boules, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
