The 2 star rated Hotel Costa Mediterraneo is situated close to the 65,000m2 Son Veri Forest, and around 500 metres from the beach, in the popular resort of S'Arenal on the central south coast of Majorca.

The hotel is approximately 15km east of the capital Palma, 8km east of the Son Sant Joan International airport, and 200 metres from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1970 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2010, the low rise Hotel Costa Mediterraneo has a total of 93 guest rooms, including 88 twin rooms and a further 5 singles, which are built over 5 floors overlooking a central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone, ceiling fan, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views.

In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange services and luggage rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian dishes, a games room, public internet terminals, with WiFi access available in selected areas, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

The Hotel Costa Mediterraneo also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with either live music, cabaret or other professional shows twice a week.
