Built in 1969 and extensively renovated during the winter of 1996, the Aparthotel Cap de Mar has a total of 72 one bedroomed apartments that are divided into four 5 storey buildings and set amidst 200m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces.

All guests rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a combined kitchenette and lounge area with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have pool and garden views. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with a games room, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, public internet terminals with Wifi, laundry and medical services, an air-conditioned ŕ la carte restaurant with show cooking and both lounge and pool bars. For business guests, the Aparthotel Cap de Mar also offers a choice conference and meeting rooms equipped with a selection of audiovisual equipment.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with spacious sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols, along with a smaller indoor heated pool with Jacuzzi.
