Built in 1970 and extensively renovated during the winter of 1999/2000, the low rise Hotel C'an Pastilla has a total of 75 guest rooms, including 65 twin rooms and a further 10 singles, which are built over 4 floors. All guest rooms at the hotel come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views, and on request, and subject to local availability, the hotel also has a number of rooms that are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a satellite television and safety deposit box available for rental. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned restaurant offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian dishes, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services, public internet terminals and a lounge bar. For business guests, the Hotel C'an Pastilla also offers the use of a small air conditioned conference and meeting room, which is equipped with a selection of modern audiovisual equipment.
