Built in 1984 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2002, the modern Aparthotel Cala Millor Park has a total of 193 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one bedroom self catering apartments and studio flats, which are distributed between 3 six storey buildings, and set amidst almost 800m2 of well kept Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

Apartments are for two to four people, and have a telephone, safety deposit box, satellite television, kitchenette, a combined living-bedroom with two bed settees, bedroom, bathroom, air conditioning in summer, central heating in winter and a balcony.

Most studios on the complex are without a balcony, but are equipped with telephone, safety deposit box, satellite television, combined living-bedroom, air conditioning in summer and central heating in winter, kitchenette and bathroom. In addition to the above features, both apartments and studios are also provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a games room, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, public internet terminals with WiFi access available in selected areas of the hotel grounds, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with a separate smaller children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a smaller indoor heated pool and sauna, as well as a children's playground and mini club, and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Aparthotel Cala Millor Park also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring boules, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
