Built in 1970 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2006 to include the installation of a fire detection system, the modern low rise Hotel Bulevar Paguera has a total of 134 guest rooms, including 119 standard twin rooms and a further 15 singles, which are built over 5 floors and set amidst almost 2,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, two guest rooms at the Hotel Bulevar Paguera have been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms are provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Hotel Bulevar Paguera also offers the use of a large air conditioned conference and meeting room, which is equipped wit ha selection of modern audio visual aids.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with separate smaller children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a children's playground as well as both pool and table tennis tables.

Guests staying at the Hotel Bulevar Paguera also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the hotels' own Health and Fitness Centre, which features a smaller indoor heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi, Finnish sauna and cardiovascular gymnasium.
